It all started with a surprise direct message and e-mail! Our salve was an Editor’s Choice winner in San Antonio Magazine’s BEST OF THE CITY contest! Eek!
So we followed it up with:
some happy dancing
a quick meeting with Kathleen Petty, Senior Editor at the magazine
a celebratory social media post
an IGTV video with Macaulay Hammond, the magazine’s Business Development Manager
and Thursday night’s Best of the City party!!!
I am thrilled with this honor, and am still on a high. And I so enjoyed the big event. Of course, the last two years of their party were fun. But this year’s had even more meaning behind it. Woo hoo!
So, I got two girl friends to come along with me. And we enjoyed an evening of celebrating the amazing sponsors and winners…..
The San Antonio Zoo provided an awesome venue
Safeco Insurance provided free valet parking to those of us that carry a policy with them
Favor had us laughing, in their photobooth
