A camp for grown ass women?! A fun, adult, drunken, and crafty throwback to summer camp?! I was all over that! But I missed the deadline to sign up and attend. 🙁
So I found another way to participate. From Scratch Farm became an official sponsor of the Saturday morning hangover bar. Along with some other great products for all of the campers’ swag bags, I supplied everyone with a jar of healing salve.
Just a little background….
Our healing salves are made by me, in our kitchen. I melt down beeswax, olive oil, and coconut oil on the stove top. Then I add our carefully-selected essential oils. (The essential oils that I chose are known for their healing and antibacterial properties) Once mixed, I pour this liquid gold into our washed and sanitized 4 ounce jars. And once cooled, lids and labels go on. They’re my favorite product! I smear it on my dry skin after showers. I smooth it onto my feet as I crawl into bed. And we put it on cuts and rashes, then cover with a band aid. I’ve definitely seen a difference in my skin. And I feel great, knowing that there are only a few ingredients… and I can pronounce every single one of them!

Each ticket includes an official Camp Drunken Arrow Tee-shirt, a small CDA souvenier, meals, activities, and lodging. Some limited alcohol will be provided, but this is not your rich cousin’s wedding…please BYOB.
